中文摘要:利用离心铸造技术制备了GCr15和WC的新型复合材料,研究了其显微组织及其形成机理。研究结果表明:复合材料的显微组织由基体珠光体及多种碳化物组成;碳化物的形态主要有细小颗粒状、树枝状、鱼骨状、网状和条块状等;WC颗粒与钢基体在离心铸造过程中发生了溶解、扩散和析出,界面结合形式由原来的扩散结合界面转变为冶金结合界面。
英文摘要: A new kind of GCr15 steel and WC composite was prepared by centrifugal casting. The microstructure and forming mechanism of the materials were investigated. The results show that the microstructure of the composite is composed of pearlite matrix and kinds of carbides. The shapes of carbides are fine particles, arborization, fishbone, reticulation and the massive, etc. Solution, diffusion and separation take place between WC particles and steel matrix during centrifugal casting. The combining form of the interface changes from diffuse combination into metallurgical combination.
