中文摘要:研究了不同的Sr含量对AlSi7Cu2Mg合金变质效果的影响。利用正交实验分析的方法,确定了主要影响因素。实验结果表明:Sr加入量、铝液温度和静置时间对于提高AlSi7Cu2Mg合金变质效果的影响程度大小的顺序是Sr加入量>静置时间 >铝液温度, 确定了AlSi7Cu2Mg合金的最佳的变质工艺, 即Sr的加入量0.04wt%, 静置时间60 min,加入时铝液温度730 ℃。
英文摘要:The effects of modification on mechanical properties of AlSi7Cu2Mg alloy were investigated. The key influential factors on mechanical properties were determined by orthogonal test. The results show that the influential orders of Sr content, temperature of aluminum melt and standing time on the mechanical properties of the alloy are as follows: Sr content, standing time, and then temperature of aluminum melt. The best modification technology of the alloy is determined, namely, Sr adding amount 0.04%, standing time 60 min, temperature of molten aluminum 730 ℃.
