中文摘要:以TA15钛合金梁的锤锻成形工艺为例,利用Deform有限元模拟软件,研究了850、900、950 ℃三种初始温度下零件锤锻成形所需要的锤击次数、每次锤击的行程及最大损伤因子的变化情况。通过有限元模拟分析,得到锻造次数依次为7、5、4次,最大损伤因子区域位于梁右端顶部圆角处,其值在打靠阶段开始即行程为86 mm时达到最大。通过比较,最终选择950 ℃为成形方案。这为梁的实际生产和钛合金锻造成形性的进一步研究提供了一定的理论基础。
英文摘要: The hammer forging forming process for TA15 titanium alloy girder was taken as an example, when the girder were formed at different original temperature of 850 ℃, 900 ℃ and 950℃, the needed hammering times, each hammer's stroke and varieties of damage factors were researched respectively based on Deform software. By simulation analysis, the needed hammering times is 7, 5 and 4 in order, and the biggest damage factor locates at the right top fillet of the girder, which reachs the highest point at about 86 mm stroke. Through comparison, the original temperature 950 ℃ is the best scheme. The results are significant theoretical foundation for the practical production and forming study of TA15 titanium alloy.
