中文摘要:为了减少直齿圆柱齿轮精锻成形力,通过对圆柱体镦粗时接触面上的压强分布规律的分析,发现毛坯中心的压强最大。这样,采用局部镦粗成形,载荷可相应降低。为此,设计了用于直齿圆柱齿轮精锻成形的局部镦粗实验方案,并通过DEFORM-3D对不同方案进行了模拟,验证了局部镦粗对直齿圆柱齿轮精锻成形的有效性。
英文摘要:In order to reduce the forming force of forging spur gear, through analyzing the distribution of contact stress for upsetting cylinder, the max stress occured at the center zone of blank, so by using local upsetting, the forming force can reduce. The experimental scheme of local upsetting in the forging of spur gear was designed. Finally, the scheme was further validated by DEFORM-3D, and the simulation results show the validity of local upsetting forming.
