中文摘要:为满足生产中对异种金属管材连接的需要,基于塑性流动原理,提出了一种新的异种金属管连接技术——复合塑性流动连接。运用Deform-3D软件对铝合金LY12和紫铜T2管材的连接建立了连接区的金属塑性流动模型并进行了数值模拟,分析了连接时的金属流动规律。结果表明:在连接过程中,旋压头及动态模具的联合作用对连接区域的金属塑性流动起关键作用,且其流动规律受联合作用的控制。
英文摘要:In order to meet the need of dissimilar metal pipe connection, a new connect technique of the dissimilar metal pipe was put forward based on plastic flow theory, which is composite plastic flow connection. The metal plastic flow model for the connection of LY12 and T2 in the connect zone was established by Defrom-3D software. The numerical simulation was conducted, and the flow law of the metal in the connection was analyzed. The results show that the combined-effects of spinning head and dynamics mold play a key role in plastic flow of metal in the connect region, and the combined-effects control the flow law of metal.
