氧化温度对SS400钢氧化皮结构及耐蚀性能的影响

中文摘要:以宝钢SS400热轧钢为原料, 控制加热温度, 在钢表面制备氧化皮。 采用SEM分析了氧化皮表面、截面形貌;X射线衍射仪分析氧化皮的相组成; 进行室内干湿周期浸润腐蚀试验,对氧化皮试样在NaHSO3(0.01 mol/L)溶液中进行了耐蚀性测试。结果表明,分别在600、700、800 ℃氧化180 min的过程基本遵循抛物线规律。经过600 ℃加热保温30 min,所形成的氧化皮厚度小于10 μm,700 ℃时厚度为15 μm 左右,800 ℃达到50 μm。600、700、800 ℃制备的氧化皮均含Fe3O4、Fe2O3相和Fe颗粒。同时,800 ℃制备的氧化皮中保留有少量FeO相。不同温度所制备氧化皮试样耐蚀性能依次为700、600、800 ℃。
英文摘要:The oxide scales on SS400 hot rolled steel were fabricated through sequence heat treatment at different temperature. The surface and section morphologies of the oxide scales were investigated by SEM, the phase composition was analyzed by XRD, the corrosion behaviors of hot rolled steel with various scales were investigated by cyclic wet-dry immersion test in 0.01 mol/L NaHSO3 solution. The results show that the oxide process follows parabolic kinetics at 600, 700, 800 ℃ for 180 min. After oxidation for 30 min, the thickness is less than 10 μm at 600 ℃, about 15 μm at 700 ℃, about 50 μm at 800 ℃. The oxide scales forming at 600, 700, 800 ℃ consist of Fe3O4 phase, Fe2O3 phase and Fe particles. And a very small amount of FeO is detected on the oxide scale at 800 ℃. The corrosion resistance of the oxide scales from good to weak is as follows: 700, 600, 800℃.
