中文摘要:在改进的MLD-10型冲击腐蚀磨损试验机上对W6Mo5Cr4V2进行了冲击磨损试验。对冲击磨损试验后试样进行了失重测量,并用SEM分析磨损表面形貌,用OM观察金相组织。结果表明,淬火态W6Mo5Cr4V2具有较高的抗冲击磨损性能。扫描照片显示裂纹扩展方向平行于表面。W6Mo5Cr4V2冲击磨损机制为疲劳断裂。
英文摘要:The impact-wearing test of W6Mo5Cr4V2 was carried out on modified MLD-10 tester. The mass loss after impact-wearing was measured, the morphology on the wear surface of the steel was analyzed by SEM, the microstructure was observed by OM. The results show that the quenched W6Mo5Cr4V2 has excellent impact-wear resistance. The results show that the direction of crack propagation is parallel to the surface. The impact-wear mechanism of W6Mo5Cr4V2 is fatigue fracture.
