中文摘要:以含0.012%Y(质量分数)和0%Y的2Cr13不锈钢为研究对象,利用Gleeble-1500D热模拟试验机进行热模拟试验。 通过观察分析原始组织与四道次压缩变形后组织以及热模拟试验应力-应变曲线,得出稀土元素Y加入2Cr13不锈钢中能够细化晶粒,细化碳化物,减少碳化物偏聚;与不含Y的2Cr13不锈钢相比,含Y的2Cr13不锈钢压缩变形的高温应力峰值都较高。
英文摘要:2Cr13 stainless steel with 0wt%Y and 0.012wt%Y was investigated. Heat simulation experiment was carried out on Gleeble-1500D heat simulator. The original microstructure and microstructure after four passes heat-compress were observed, and the stress-strain curve was analyzed. The results show that the addition of rare earth Y can refine the crystal grain and the carbide, and reduce the segregated carbides. Compared with the 2Cr13 stainless steel with 0wt%Y, the 2Cr13 stainless steel with 0.012wt%Y shows higher stress peak value.
