改良铸造铝硅合金复合变质处理的研究

中文摘要:以ZL101为基础,通过添加Cu、Ni、Mn、V和RE等合金元素,研制了改良铸造铝硅合金,并对改良铸造铝硅合金进行了复合变质处理研究。结果表明,复合变质处理对改良铸造铝硅合金是有效的,经复合变质处理后合金的组织表现为单一的α(Al)+共晶Si组织,独立的α(Al)相较少,短共晶Si会聚集长大为长共晶Si,数量较多,强化了α(Al)基体,提高了合金的力学性能。
英文摘要:The modified Al-Si casting alloy was prepared on the basis of ZL101 by adding alloying elements Cu, Ni, Mn, V and RE, and the compound modification of the casting alloy was studied. The results show that the compound modification plays a part in the improvement of the casting alloy; after compound modification, the alloy’s microstructure is single α(Al) + eutectic Si structure. The short eutectic Si gathers, which can generates a lot of long eutectic Si, so α(Al) matrix is reinforced and the mechanical properties of the alloy improves.
