中文摘要:针对大型圆筒锻件芯轴扩孔过程的塑性变形特点,结合物理与数值模拟方法分析了平面应变假设的条件。在此基础上,应用数值模拟方法研究了圆筒锻件扩孔过程的塑性变形及其主要影响因素。研究发现,对大型筒形件进行芯轴扩孔加工,合理的下压量、芯轴尺寸以及转动的角度是保证成型质量的重要参数,且平面应变假设须建立在长度尺寸远大于横向尺寸的情况下,这时坯料端头的横向难变形区是产生误差的主要因素。
英文摘要:Aiming at the plastic deformation characteristics of large cylinder with mandrel reaming process, combined with physics and numerical simulation method, the prerequisites for plane strain assumption were analyzed. On the basis of this, the plastic deformation of large-scale cylinder pieces under reaming process and its main influencing factors were analyzed using finite element simulation means. The results show that the right amount of reduction, mandrel size and the angle of rotation are the important parameters to ensure the quality of large-scale cylinder. In addition, it is feasible to utilize plane strain assumption in the case which the sample length size is much larger than its horizontal dimension. Under these conditions, the horizontal end of the sample where is hard to stretch is the major factor of error.
