中文摘要:基于Pro/ E的三维实体造型功能及以其应用程序接口Pro/TOOLK作为二次开发工具,根据参数化和模块化思想,开发具有可视化界面的阀体件三维铸造工艺CAD系统。同时,依据企业的铸造实例和经验,建立符合设计实际需要,与设计要求相适应的铸造工程数据库系统。整个系统可以快速准确地进行铸造工艺设计,提高设计效率,优化工艺设计,提高工艺出品率。
英文摘要: In accordance with the fundamental idea of parametric design and modularization, a 3D CAD system of casting process for valve body was developed based on 3D solid modeling of Pro/E, and using Pro/E’s application program interface Pro/TOOLK as program developing tools. At the same time, according to enterprises’cases and experience, a casting engineering database consisting with design require and corresponding with the actual needs was developed. The whole system can design and optimize the process rapidly and accurately, advance designing enfficiency, optimize design and increase casting yield.
