中文摘要:利用铸造模拟分析软件ADSTEFAN对铝合金壳形压铸件的充型过程进行模拟,分析了此壳形件在成形过程中表面产生冷隔、流痕等缺陷的成因,采用示踪粒子计算了氧化渣的分布。提出了在恰当位置设置溢流槽和增大内浇口厚度等改进措施,从而有效降低了铸件冷隔、流痕、夹渣等缺陷的产生,提高了压铸件表面质量。
英文摘要: The filling process for aluminum shell part was simulated by ADSTEFAN software. The cause of surface defects such as cold shut, flow marks were analyzed. The oxide inclusions were calculated by tracer particle method. The position of overflow and thicker inner gate was optimized to reduce the probabilities of cold shut, flow marks and slag. Furthermore, the surface quality of the die casting improves.
