中文摘要: 利用三维造型软件Pro/Engineer Wildfire对圆柱螺旋齿轮及其成形模具进行三维建模;采用带中心分流孔的坯料,使用有限元数值模拟软件Deform-3D对圆柱螺旋齿轮的冷精锻成形过程进行三维刚塑性有限元数值模拟, 得到了载荷-行程曲线以及整个成形过程的应力、应变分布以及网格变化情况等;揭示了圆柱螺旋齿轮冷精锻成形过程金属的流动行为及变形力学特征,为圆柱螺旋齿轮冷精锻成形技术在工业生产中的应用提供有效参考。
英文摘要: 3D model of a helical gear and forming die was created by 3D modeling software Pro/Engineer Wildfire. Using 3D rigid plastic finite element method, the precision forging of the helical gear was simulated by adopting billet with relief-hole based on Deform-3D, and the load -stroke curve, effective stress distribution, effective strain distribution, meshes deformation were achieved; the metal flow behaviors and deformation mechanics characteristics of the helical gear precision forging were presented, which provide effective references for the application of cold precision forging technology in production.
