中文摘要:在介绍了高强度钢板热冲压技术的基础上,建立了B柱的热冲压模型,采用热力耦合数值分析方法得到了热冲压过程中板料的温度与厚度分布。结果表明:截面厚度分布基本在实验结果的±5%范围内,在尾部圆角处厚度减薄量较大;成形结束后,板料压边区域温度较低,而尾部圆角及梁表面温度较高,板料整体温差在400 ℃左右。因此使板料在成形过程中保持均匀的温度分布是模具冷却系统设计的关键。
英文摘要:The hot stamping technology of high strength steel sheet was introduced and the FE model of the B pillar was built. Through the thermo-mechanical coupling analysis, the temperature and thickness distribution of the blank was obtained. The results show that the thickness distributions of sections are basically within ±5% of the experimental results. The maximum thickness thinning lies in tail round corner. The temperature in the holding area of the blank is lower than that in the tail round corner and beam. The temperature range of the whole blank is about 400 ℃. Therefore, to maintain uniform temperature distribution of the blank is crucial for the cooling system design of the die.
