中文摘要:采用三维刚粘塑性有限元法对一复杂筋板结构件整体成形过程进行三维热力耦合数值模拟,得到了成形过程中金属的流动规律以及应力、应变场的分布情况,从而揭示了筋板结构件的成形规律。结果表明,筋板结构件的塑性变形主要集中在加强筋成形部位,该部位是大应力应变的集中区域,也是折叠、充填不满等成形缺陷集中出现的区域。该研究对其他种类筋板结构件的成形具有一定的指导意义。
英文摘要:A 3D coupled thermo-mechanical finite element model for forging process for complex TC4 alloy rib-web components was established by using rigid-viscoplastic finite element methods. Based on the simulated results, the metal flow and the distribution of stress and strain field, the formation law of the rib-web components were explored. The simulation results show that the large plastic deformation of the rib-web components mainly focus in the deformation area of strengthening ribs, at the same time, the large strain, stress and forming defects, such as overlap and underfilling of the component, also focus in these areas. The results could provide basic data for the determination of proper processing parameters in rib-web components forming.
