中文摘要:对Q235试板分别在室温下进行焊接焊后自然冷却及加热到300、500、600和650℃进行焊接焊后保温缓冷(即热焊工艺),用小盲孔法测量焊接残余应力。实验结果表明,采用热焊方法进行焊接能够有效降低焊接残余应力,且加热温度越高,焊接残余应力降低效果越好。
英文摘要:Q235 steel plate was welded at room temperature and then cooled naturally, and welded at 300℃, 500℃, 600℃ and 650℃, cooling slowly under the holding condition (hot welding process), separately. The small blind-hole law was used to measure welding residual stress. The results show that the hot welding process can efficiently decline the welding residual stress, and the higher the welding temperature, the better the effect of declining residual stress.
