中文摘要: 采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、拉伸试验仪等分析手段,对比研究了Ti、 B、 RE对锶变质ZLD106铝合金微观组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明,0.01%钛细化的0.04%锶变质的ZLD106铝合金晶粒细小,硅颗粒细碎,析出相弥散分布,具有最高的力学性能。
英文摘要:By means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy, tensile testing apparatus and other analytical tools, the influences of titanium, boron and rare earth on the microstructure and mechanical properties of ZLD106 alloys modified by Sr were studied. The results show that ZLD106 alloys modified by 0.04% Sr with the addition 0.01% Ti have the finer grain, broken silicon particles, dispersed precipitates and the best mechanical property.
