中文摘要: 针对球铁件壳型铸造工艺,用数值模拟的方法,计算了初步铸造工艺方案下铸件的凝固过程;根据液相分布的动态过程探讨了孤立液相区情况,并结合球铁凝固特点给与分析,最终通过试制,确保了相应壳型铸造工装的设计一次成功,为该件的顺利生产奠定了基础。
英文摘要: Based on numerical simulation, the solidification process of shell-mold casting process for ductile iron castings was studied. According to dynamic distribution of liduidus phase, the isolated liduidus phase was discussed and analyzed in combination with solidification features of the ductile iron castings. Finally, the trial production proves that the initial designed casting process is feasible. Thus, the success of corresponding shell-mold design can be insured thoroughly, which lays the foundation of the castings' production.
