中文摘要:运用有限元分析法对材料的一道次背压等径角挤压(EACP)过程进行了数值模拟研究,探讨了在不同条件下背压对塑性变形的影响特点。结果表明:背压的影响是有利的,背压扩大了EACP过程塑性变形区域,可以有效地增加试件变形量和变形均匀性,提高了材料塑性应变能力。在施加背压大小不变时,摩擦系数越大、模具内角和外角越小,EACP所需挤压力也越大,对模具结构要求越高。
英文摘要: The finite element study is applied to analyze the effect of back pressure on deformation characteristics during a single pass of ECAP under different initial conditions with Deform-3D software. The results show that there are many beneficial effects of back pressure in expanding the deformation zone and enhancing the effective strain and deformation uniformity. At the same time, the greater the friction coefficient, the smaller the die internal angles and exterior angle, the bigger the extrusion force of ECAP and the higher the demands on the die structure under constant back pressure.
