中文摘要: 主要研究焊缝的建模技术,建立拼焊板成形数值模拟的方法。采用厚度为0.8 mm+1.2 mm的激光拼焊钢板,成形简单盒形件,其拉延深度分别为90、70和50 mm,采用四种方案进行冲压。数值模拟结果表明,采用最后一种方案(阶梯式压边圈+焊缝夹紧柱)既可消除薄侧板料起皱,又可控制焊缝移动,提高拼焊板的成形性能。
英文摘要:The weld modeling techniques were studied and the method of numerical simulation of tailor-welded blanks(TWB) forming was established. TWBs with thickness of 0.8 mm and 1.2 mm were used to draw a simple box with three drawing depths(90 mm, 70 mm, 50 mm). Four kinds of drawing processes were used for each depth. The results show that the last scheme (stepped blank holder plus weld clamp column) can eliminate the wrinkles on the thinner part,reduce the weld movement and improve the formability of the TWBs.
