中文摘要:基于有限元软件SYSWELD对低合金结构钢CO2焊的温度场进行三维动态模拟,结合实际焊接工艺参数,应用软件的校正工具对热源进行校正,得出了瞬态温度场分布图和特征点的温度变化曲线。与实测结果比较表明,所建立的数值模拟仿真模型可以较好的模拟温度场,为实现焊接过程中的应力、应变等分析提供了前提条件。
英文摘要: Based on software SYSWELD, the temperature field in low alloy structural steel using CO2 arc welding was simulated. Combining the welding parameters, the heat source was modified with the tool furnished by the software, the distribution map of temperature field and the temperature variation curve of characteristic points were obtained. Comparing the simulation results with the experimental results, it is demonstrated that the established model can preferably simulate the temperature field, which provides a foundation for analyzing stress, strain and so on in welding process.
