中文摘要:由于GCr15焊接性能差,使用普通的熔焊方法很难将GCr15与无磁钢这两个异种金属连接起来。利用激光器高加热效率、热输入量精确可控的特点,分别采用Nd:YAG激光器和SlabCO2激光器作为加工热源,通过调整光束入射角和光束偏置距离,实现了GCr15和30Mn23Al4Cr5超低温无磁钢异种材料之间的熔接,解决了轴承钢和无磁钢不能熔焊连接的难题。同时对接头的显微组织进行了研究,并运用电子探针对焊缝中C元素的扩散做了分析。结果表明,焊接接头连接状况良好,没有焊接裂纹等焊接缺陷。
英文摘要:Due to the poor welding performance of GCr15, it is very difficult to join GCr15 and non-magnetic steel with common welding process. Taking the advantages of high heating efficiency and accurately controllable heat input of laser, Nd: YAG laser and SlabCO2 laser were respectively used as a processing heat source. The fusion joint between GCr15 and 30Mn23Al4Cr5 ultra-low temperature non-magnetic steel can be achieved by adjusting the beam angle and beam offset distance, which solved the problem that bearing steel can and non-magnetic steel can not be welded. The joint microstructure and C diffusing testing show that the welded joint connection is in good condition, and there are no weld cracks or other welding defects.
