中文摘要:采用有限元数值模拟技术与生产试制结合的方法,研究了同步环环坯尺寸对于同步环飞边大小的影响。结果表明,环坯内径对锻件内飞边影响较大,而环坯高度对锻件外飞边影响较大。根据研究结果, 提出了四种用于提高该铜质同步环材料利用率的环坯设计方案, 有限元数值模拟发现环坯外径67.0 mm、内径49.0 mm、 高度12.3 mm时,内飞边尺寸明显减小,且锻件成形良好。生产实践验证了该环坯设计方案的可行性,优化环坯尺寸后材料利用率从59.29%提高到69.04%。
英文摘要:The effects of billet size on the flash size of synchronizer ring were studied by the combination of FEM simulations and trial production. The results indicate that the inner diameter has a great effect on inner flash, and the height of billet plays an important role in outer flash. Four kinds of billet sizes for improving material utilization was proposed under the guidance of research results. The outer diameter, inner diameter and height of the billet is 67.0 mm, 49.0 mm and 12.3 mm, respectively. The simulation results are validated by production practice. The material utilization rate improves from 59.29% to 69.04%.
