中文摘要:在自行设计、安装的水平式双辊连续铸轧机上进行了AZ31B镁合金电磁铸轧试验,成功试制出3 mm × 200 mm × L mm 的AZ31B镁合金铸轧板,研究了电磁场对铸轧板组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明, 在AZ31B镁合金铸轧过程中施加电磁场能显著细化铸轧板的晶粒组织,晶粒平均尺寸由不加电磁场的28~30 μm减小至12 μm左右;板坯力学性能也得到有效改善,抗拉强度、屈服强度、伸长率和硬度分别提高了16.3%、28.7%、50%和17.1%。
英文摘要:The experimental study of electromagnetic roll-casting for AZ31B magnesium alloy was carried out using self-designed and installed twin roll continue horizontal roll-casting machine, the AZ31B magnesium alloy roll-casting strip with 3 mm × 200 mm × L mm was successfully produced. The results show that the electromagnetic field exerts on roll-casting zone, which results in a great decrease of the grain size, the average grain size decreases from 28~30 μm to 12 μm; and the mechanical properties of the AZ31B magnesium alloy sheet also improves, the tensile strength, yield strength, hardness and elongation improves by 16.3%, 28.7%, 50% and 17.1%, respectively.
