中文摘要:通过添加不同含量的Cr元素对Al-Cu系铸造铝合金进行力学性能和腐蚀性能的研究。结果表明:在H+、Cl-和SO■■共同作用下,Cr元素能使铝合金的自腐蚀电位向正方向移动,钝化电流密度向下偏移,能提高铝合金的耐蚀性能。当Cr含量达到0.15wt%时,铝合金的耐酸雨腐蚀性能最好,抗拉强度达到最大值374.28 MPa,伸长率为5.77%,试棒的综合腐蚀性能和力学性能最好。
英文摘要:The mechanical property and corrosion behavior of Al-Cu series cast aluminum alloy with different Cr content was studied. The results show that, under the H+, Cl- and SO■■, Cr can make the corrosion potential of aluminum alloy shift to the positive, the passive current density shift downward, and it can improve the corrosion resistance. When the Cr content reaches 0.15%, the corrosion resistance to acid rain is best, the tensile strength reaches the maximum 374.28 MPa and the elongation is 5.77%, the comprehensive corrosion resistance and mechanical properties is best.
