中文摘要:运用V-Cast软件对链轮体铸钢件铸造工艺凝固过程进行了模拟,分析了缺陷形成的原因。在此基础上,通过V-Cast软件不断调整补贴、冒口、浇注系统、冷铁的尺寸和结构,并进行凝固模拟,最终获得了合适的工艺。结果表明:方案Ⅲ中冒口、浇注系统的尺寸和位置是合适的,实现了顺序凝固,消除了缩孔、缩松缺陷,保证了铸件质量。
英文摘要:V-Cast software was utilized to analyze the casting process for chain wheel body steel casting and simulate the casting solidification processes in order to find out the reasons for the defects.Based on this, by V-Cast simulation software, and changing the size and structure of riser, subsidy and gating system, the solidification process for casting was simulated constantly for process optimization.The results show that the shrinkage and porosity are eliminated.The size and placement of the riser and gating system in scheme Ⅲ are reasonable. The quality of the casting is ensured.
