中文摘要:利用数值模拟技术研究了阀体铸件的充型和凝固过程,分析了液态合金的流动状态、铸件的凝固顺序以及热应力分布的情况,预测了可能出现的铸造缺陷,如冷隔、浇不足以及缩孔、缩松等。得出的优化方案为将原始铸造工艺中的双直浇道结构改为较为简单的单直浇道系统;增加冷铁以调整铸件的凝固顺序;为消除铸件中出现的开裂现象,采用中空型芯以增加铸型的退让性。采用改进的工艺方案,最终获得了质量合格的铸件。
英文摘要:The numerical simulation technique was applied to investigate the casting process for a valve-type part. The filling behavior, solidification sequence, and thermal stress distribution were analyzed and the possible defects, such as cold shut and shrinkage, were predicted. The optimum process is that, the double-gating system in original process is replaced with a single-gating system. Meanwhile, the chills is used to regulate the solidification sequence of the casting. To eliminate cracks in the casting, the hollow sand core is applied. By modifying the original process, the casting with good quality can be obtained.
