中文摘要：采用ProCAST软件对船用铸钢件的铸造过程进行了模拟。在对原铸造工艺方案的温度场及收缩缺陷位置进行分析的基础上，通过修改补缩冒口的尺寸、结构并结合冷铁的使用，提出了新的工艺方案。采用新的工艺方案，改变了原铸件中收缩缺陷的位置，提高了铸件的质量及铸件的工艺出品率。
英文摘要：The casting process for marine steel castings was simulated using software ProCAST. Based on the analysis of temperature field and shrinkage position in traditional cast technology, a new technology was put forward by modifying the dimension and structure of feeding riser and combining with the use of cold iron. Using the new technology, the shrinkage defect's position in the initial casting was changed, the quality and yield of the castings improve.
