中文摘要:通过视觉技术获取焊接熔池的特征信息,可对焊接质量进行有效的实时监测。研究了焊接机器人系统混合气体保护焊焊接过程的特点,利用工业摄像头获取了清晰的熔池监测图像,并对不同焊接参数下平板焊接过程进行了实际监测试验。分析表明,视觉监测图像能够明显反映焊接外部质量的变化,对于内部质量如熔透深度的表征需要进一步的定量分析处理。
英文摘要:The characteristic image of weld pool can be monitored by visual sensor, thus the quality of welding can be examined at any time. The process of gas welding utilizing weld robot was studied, then the puddle image was acquired by industrial camera, the welding process under different welding parameters was carried out. The results show that visual censoring images can reveal exterior weld defects, such as undercut, incompletely filled groove. But for interior defects, such as incomplete joint penetration, the images need further quantitative analysis.
