中文摘要:对建造液化石油气低温储罐所用07MnNiMoV DR钢的焊接工艺及焊后热处理等进行了实验研究。结果表明,采用30 kJ/cm线能量焊接,焊后经580 ℃消除应力处理,其焊接接头的力学性能最好,满足散装运输液化气体船舶制造的焊接技术条件要求。
英文摘要:The welding process and post-weld heat treatment for 07MnNiMoV DR steel were studied. The results show that after welding with 30 kJ/cm heat input and 580 ℃ post-weld heat treatment, the best mechanical properties of the welded joints meet the requirements of bulk transportation of LPG in the welding of shipbuilding.
