中文摘要:对8 mm厚的S355J2G3钢板进行CO2气体保护焊,应用CD-WO1弧焊信号测试分析仪采集焊接电参数,自动生成电压电流波形图、电压概率密度曲线和U-I概率密度图。分析结果表明,电弧电压对短路过渡有明显影响,电弧电压偏低时过渡过程不稳定,偏高时将会出现混合过渡,本试验条件下,电压24 V时短路过渡过程最为稳定。
英文摘要:S355J2G3 steel plate with 8 mm thickness was welded by CO2 arc welding, and the welding electronic parameters were collected using CD-WO1 welding arc analyzer. Then, voltage-current waveform, probability distribution diagram of voltage and probability distribution diagram of current-voltage were automatically generated. The results indicate that welding voltage has a great effect on short circuiting transfer. The circuiting transfer is unstable under lower voltage. On the contrary, when the voltage is high, mixed transition appears. Under the experimental condition, the short circuiting transfer is stable, when the voltage is about 24 V.
