中文摘要:通过对高铬白口铸铁(1.97C%,18.12%Cr)进行脱稳处理,研究了淬火温度对其组织和性能的影响。结果表明,经脱稳处理的高铬白口铸铁,基体组织发生马氏体相变,与铸态试样相比,材料硬度明显提高,经1010 ℃保温4 h空淬后的试样可获得较佳的硬度和冲击韧度。
英文摘要:The effects of heat treatment on microstructure and properties of high chromium white cast iron were investigated. The results show that the martensite phase transformation happens by certain heat treatment, and the hardness increases compared with the high chromium white cast iron as-cast. The better hardness and impact toughness can be obtained after heat-treated at 1010 ℃ for 4 h.
