中文摘要:采用超声深滚(UDR)技术对45钢基体电弧喷涂7Cr13涂层进行表面处理,并对涂层处理前后的性能变化进行了试验测试和分析。结果表明,电弧喷涂7Cr13涂层经UDR处理后,其综合性能得到了较大提高:晶粒细化,涂层截面孔隙现象明显减少、变小,与基体的结合状态有所改善,表面残余压应力由45 MPa提高到345 MPa,表面粗糙度由>40 μm降为2.13 μm,表面显微硬度提高了近一倍,摩擦学性能得到了明显改善。
英文摘要:The surface of electric arc spraying 7Cr13 coating on 45 steel was treated by UDR technique. The properties of the coating before and after treatment were investigated. The results show that after surface treatment, the mechanical properties of the coating improve. The porosity between coating and cross section distinctly decreases. The surface residual stress increases from 45 MPa to 345 MPa and the roughness decreases from about 40 μm to 2.13 μm. The microhardness enhances by one time and the friction properties obviously improve.
