中文摘要:研究了铝粉含量对尼龙12复合粉末选择性激光烧结试样性能的影响。结果表明:在一定范围内,适量增加铝粉含量可以提高烧结试样的力学性能,随着铝粉含量增加,烧结试样的拉伸强度、弯曲强度均有所提高,当铝粉含量为40%时,烧结试样的拉伸强度和弯曲强度分别达到最大值40.1 MPa和45.6 MPa,伸长率为7.28%。铝粉含量超过40%后,烧结试样的力学性能出现下降,铝粉的最佳添加量是40%。
英文摘要:The effects of Al powder contents on the mechanical properties of composite nylon powder were investigated. The results show that in certain range, with the increase of aluminum content, the mechanical properties of the samples improve; the tensile strength, flexural strength of the sintering specimen improve with the aluminum content increasing, the tensile strength and bending strength of the composite powder reach the maximum 40.1 MPa, 45.6 MPa, respectively, extension rate of 7.28% when the aluminum powder content is 40%. After aluminum powder content exceeds 40%, the mechanical properties of the sintered samples decrease, the best amount of the aluminum powder is 40%.
