中文摘要:将药芯埋弧焊丝W330堆焊成含0.05%~0.07%C、13.0%~13.5%Cr、2.0%~2.5%Mn、1.2%~1.6 %Ni、0.6%~1.0%Mo(质量分数)的熔敷金属,然后将焊态熔敷金属在不同温度下回火,通过对不同温度下回火后试样的硬度、冲击性能及断口形貌的测试及分析,得出该焊丝熔敷金属的回火脆性温度区间为250℃和400~500℃。
英文摘要:The composition of deposited metal of flux cored submerged welding wire W330 was 0.05%~0.07%C,13.0%~13.5%Cr,2.0%~2.5%Mn,1.2%~1.6%Ni and 0.6%~1.0%Mo. As-welded deposited metal was treated at different temper temperatures. The hardness, impact energy and fracture morphology of the samples after tempering were studied. The results show that the tempering brittleness temperature of W330-deposied metal is at 250℃ and 400~500℃.
