中文摘要:以球墨铸铁QT350-22L风力机主机架铸件为研究对象,采用雨流计数法对载荷谱进行处理;基于Miner准则,应用有限元方法,分析和评估了主机架铸件各种工况下的疲劳状况与使用寿命。结果表明,以球墨铸铁QT350-22L为原料铸造的风力机主机架的疲劳损伤能满足20年的工作要求;基于疲劳理论的有限元分析可以找到结构件累计疲劳损伤最大点,利于优化设计,减少制造和维护成本。
英文摘要:Taking wind turbine mainframe casting of QT350-22L as research object, its load spectrum was analyzed by rain-flow counting method; based on Miner criteria and finite element method, the fatigue life of the main frame was analyzed and assessmed under different condition. The results show that the wind turbine mainframe casting of QT350-22L can meet the work requirements for 20 years; finding the maximum structural element accumulation fatigue damage point based on fatigue theory and finite element analysis helps optimize design, reduce manufacture and maintenance costs.
