中文摘要:应用ANSYS有限元分析软件对材料特性和母线形状参数对变幅杆主要性能的影响进行了分析,并结合铝合金铸造的特点,设计了一种适应于铝合金铸造用的全波长双阶梯形级联变幅杆。应用该软件对变幅杆进行模态分析,并对加工出来的双阶梯形变幅杆进行了相关试验。 结果表明, 采用该方法设计的变幅杆,试验所得性能参数值与仿真值达到一致。实际生产表明,该双阶梯型变幅杆各项参数都达到了设计要求,且具有耐腐蚀、抗疲劳,强稳定性等特点。
英文摘要:The influence of material characteristic and generatrix shape on the capability of horn was discussed by ANSYS software. Based on the characteristic of aluminum alloy casting, a novel wavelength two-stepped horn was proposed. The dynamics of horn was also carried out by ANSYS software. The results show that the parameters abtained from the experiment are corresponding with vibration mode. The parameters of the horn reach the design requirement. The new designed horn has better corrosion resistance, high fatigue resistance and high stability.
