中文摘要:在生产球墨铸铁时,铸铁中的石墨形态常常发生变化。尤其是在浇铸大断面球墨铸铁件时,铸件中心的石墨经常出现球化衰退现象。通过分析球化衰退的原因,提出了严格控制铁液成分、合理使用球化剂等改进措施,有效地提高了大断面球墨铸件的质量。
英文摘要: In producing ductile iron, the graphite morphology in cast iron often changes. Especially in producing large cross-section ductile iron parts, the graphite in the casting center often produce spheroidization decaying. By analyzing the reasons of spheroidization decaying, the related measures, strictly controlling chemical composition of iron melt, right using nodulizer and so on, were put forward, the quality of large section ductile iron parts improves.
