中文摘要:ZY760活塞杆头部成形一般多采用自由锻锤上的胎模成形,试制时易出现头部两凸台不能充满的现象。通过采用ANSYS软件对实际成型过程的仿真模拟,发现导致胎模锻不能成形的主要原因是模腔的一端是自由面,大量的金属沿轴向向无约束端流动,而向上下凸台流动的金属很少。 将自由端增加约束并进行有限元模拟,则上下凸台能够成形,在生产中改用在5 t模锻锤上开式模锻,解决了ZY760活塞杆头部的成型问题。
英文摘要:The rod head of ZY760 piston was always produced by forming mould with free forging hammer, however, in actual production, the shape of two lug bosses could not be filled. By simulating the forming process by ANSYS software, it is found that the main reasons for the failure are free surface on one side of die cavity, a large number of metal along the axial flow to the non-binding side and few metal flow to two lug bosses. By increaseing restraint on free end and using finite element to simulate, it can confirm that the boss can be shaped, so in the improved production process, the forming problem of the rod head of ZY760 piston is solved by using 5 t open-die forging hammer instead.
