中文摘要:通过有限元Deform-3D对大型厚壁封头整体锻造过程进行模拟,得出了金属在成形过程中流动规律和成形力。结果表明,在万吨级水压机上采用逐步循环等量下压法能够生产出满足尺寸要求的产品。
英文摘要:Based on finite element numerical simulation methods and software Deform-3D, the whole forging process for large thick vessel was simulated, the metal flow rule and forming force was analyzed. The results show that the gradual cycle with equal-pressure method can be used to produce products which meet the size requirements under ten thousands ton hydraulic forging press.
