英文摘要:Theoretical analysis and specific data calculation shows that, the gap between insert and mold base of inserted forging die is related to the size of insert, the mold temperature as well as the temperature difference of inserts and mold base. The larger the inserts, the higher the mold temperature (not higher than 400 ℃), the greater the gap value.
