中文摘要:利用OM、SEM和TEM等观察分析了未添加La和添加La的17wt%Cr铁素体不锈钢的组织和第二相;测定了塑性应变比、应变硬化指数和电化学再活化率;确定了热轧再结晶的工艺参数。结果表明,两种合金中的主要第二相均为TiN;添加La后,合金铸态组织中存在柱状晶,热轧再结晶温度降低,塑性应变比得到提高,加工硬化性能和耐晶间腐蚀性能基本不变。
英文摘要:The microstructure and precipitates of 17wt%Cr ferritic stainless steels with and without La were analyzed by OM, SEM and TEM. The plastic strain ratio, tensile strain hardening exponent and electrochemical potentio-kinetic reactivation ratio were measured. The process parameters of recrystallization after hot-rolling were studied. The results show that the main precipitates in two alloys are both TiN. The as-cast samples with La contain columnar crystals. As a result of addition La, the temperature of recrystallization after hot-rolling declines; the plastic strain ratio of the alloy improves; the properties of work hardening and the resistance to intergranular corrosion are the same as the alloy without La.
