中文摘要:以细晶高强IF钢为研究对象, 在MMS-300热力模拟试验机上, 利用双道次压缩实验, 研究了细晶高强IF钢的静态软化行为。结果表明,变形温度越高,保温时间越长,静态软化率越大,且晶粒尺寸越大;通过Z-hollomen参数,计算出在ε= 0.3、■ =1 s-1的条件下,细晶高强IF钢的静态再结晶激活能为186.73 kJ/mol,该钢易发生静态再结晶。
英文摘要:The static softening behavior of fine-grain high-strength IF steel was studied by double-pass compression test on MMS-300 thermal mechanical simulator. The results show that the static softening rate increases with the increase of deformation temperature and holding time, the size of grain is bigger too. Through Z-hollomen parameters, the static recrystallization softening rate is calculated, and the static recrystallization activation energy is 186.73 kJ/mol. It is indicated that the recrystallization behavior of fine-grain high-strength IF steel can happen easily.
