中文摘要:将Al、Si配比为1 ∶ 1、11 ∶ 9、3 ∶ 2(at%)的料浆分别涂刷在带有碳化硅内涂层的碳/碳复合材料表面,分别在1400、1450、1500 ℃进行扩散处理制得Al-Si合金外涂层。另外,在1500 ℃静态空气气氛中对Al-Si涂层SiC-C/C试样的抗氧化性能进行测试。结果表明,料浆比例和扩散热处理温度对涂层的抗氧化性能均有一定的影响,当料浆中Al、Si配比为3 ∶ 2,扩散热处理温度为1400 ℃时,所得的Al-Si合金涂层抗氧化17 h后的质量损失未超过5wt%。
英文摘要:The slurries with different ratio of Al and Si, which was 1 ∶ 1, 11 ∶ 9 and 3 ∶ 2, were respectively slurried on the surface of SiC coated carbon/carbon composite. The treated composite was diffused at 1400 ℃, 1450 ℃ and 1500 ℃ in order to obtain Al-Si alloy coating. The isothermal oxidation resistance of as-prepared Al-Si coated SiC-C/C composite was studied by oxidation test at 1500 ℃ in air. The results show that the slurry composition and diffusion temperature can both affect the oxidation resistance of Al-Si coating. The coating slurrying at the ratio of Al and Si being 3 ∶ 2 and diffusing at 1400 ℃ can provide better oxidation resistances for SiC-C/C composite. The mass loss of Al-Si coated SiC-C/C composite is less than 5 wt% after oxidation for 17 h.
