中文摘要:用Nb片、Ti片和Ta片制备NbTiTa/Cu超导线材,在加工初始阶段将3种片材在复合体中按…TiNbTaNbTi…的周期排列,然后进行三次挤压。分析了经挤压后该复合体的组织及其断口形貌,测量了经扩散热处理后的临界电流密度。研究表明,在挤压过程中,Nb片、Ti片和Ta片之间发生了成分扩散,但是这种成分扩散不能形成钉扎相和超导相,经合适的扩散热处理后,NbTiTa线料可获得高的临界电流密度。
英文摘要:NbTiTa/Cu superconducting wire was fabricated with Nb sheets, Ti sheets and Ta sheets. In the initial stage of the process, three kinds of the sheets were arranged as periodic…TiNbTaNbTi…in copper can. The microstructure and fracture morphology of the superconducting wire was analyzed. The ciritical current density of the superconducting wire after diffusion heat treatment was measured. The diffusion happens among Nb sheets, Ti sheets and Ta sheets during the extrusions, but can not form the superconducting phase and pining phase. The high critical current density can be obtained by proper diffusion heat treatment.
