中文摘要:对经不同深冷处理后的Cr12钢进行力学性能检测和摩擦磨损试验。结果表明:深冷处理可不同程度地提高Cr12钢的硬度;980 ℃淬火+ 深冷处理 + 180 ℃× 8 h回火处理后,Cr12钢的冲击韧度有所降低;深冷处理可明显提高Cr12钢的耐磨性并降低钢中残留奥氏体含量,其中深冷处理6 h后耐磨性提高最为显著,其相对磨损率下降了45.1%,残留奥氏体含量降幅达到84.2%。
英文摘要:The mechanical properties and wear resistance of Cr12 steel after deep cryogenic treatment (DCT) were investigated. The results show that the deep cryogenic treatment can improve the hardness of Cr12 steel variously. The impact toughness of Cr12 steel quenched at 980 ℃ and tempered at 180 ℃ for 8 h after deep cryogenic treatment is lower. The wear resistance of Cr12 steel enhances and the remains austenite content obviously decreases by different deep cryogenic treatment. After 6 h deep cryogenic treatment, the wear mass loss ratio and remain austenitic content decrease significantly by 45.1% and 84.2%, respectively.
