中文摘要:采用XRD、DSC、VSM等分析检测方法,研究了Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9软磁材料的最佳退火工艺。结果表明:合金经550 ℃×1 h退火后可获得由纳米晶α-Fe(Si)相和少量非晶相所组成的复相组织,具有优异的综合软磁性能。随退火温度的升高,α-Fe(Si)软磁相晶粒尺寸逐渐增加,Fe2B硬磁相不断析出,从而导致合金的软磁性能下降。
英文摘要:The optimum annealing process for Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 soft magnetic material was studied by XRD, DSC and VSM. The results show that the alloy whose structure is composed of nano-crystalline α-Fe(Si) phase and a few amorphous phases are obtained, after annealing at 550 ℃ for 1 h, which have the excellent comprehensive soft magnetic property. With the increase of annealing temperature, the grain size of α-Fe(Si) soft magnetic phase grows gradually, and the Fe2B hard magnetic phase precipitates from the residual amorphous phase, which lead to the reduction of soft magnetic properties.
