中文摘要:采用正交回归设计实验方法,分析了T8钢二次淬火温度和二次淬火保温时间对奥氏体逆相变淬火后硬度的影响,建立了硬度回归方程。结果表明,随二次淬火温度的升高,硬度逐渐升高。在820 ℃和850 ℃时,随二次淬火保温时间的延长,其硬度增加;而在880 ℃时,随二次淬火保温时间延长,其硬度却逐渐降低。与常规淬火硬度相比,T8钢奥氏体逆相变淬火后硬度提高6 HRC,硬度最大可达68 HRC。
英文摘要:The influences of the second quenching temperature and holding time on the hardness of T8 steel after austenite inverse phase transformation quenching were analyzed by orthogonal regressive principle, and the regression equation of the hardness was established. The results show that the higher the second quenching temperature, the higher the hardness. The hardness of T8 steel increases with the increase of holding time of the second quenching at 820 ℃ and 850 ℃, but the hardness of T8 steel decreases with the increase of holding time of the second quenching at 880 ℃. Comparing with normal quenching, austenite inverse phase transformation can improve hardness, and the highest hardness is about 68 HRC.
