中文摘要:采用正交实验法对W18Cr4V钢进行了脉冲电场作用下的组织和性能研究,找出了降低退火加热温度、缩短保温时间,且其硬度可比常规等温球化退火低60 HBS左右的球化退火新工艺参数,并进行了相应的工艺实验,得到了W18Cr4V钢较理想的球化组织。更好地改善了W18Cr4V钢的切削加工性能,提高了工效,降低了成本。
英文摘要:The microstructure and properties of steel W18Cr4V under the effect of impulse electric field were studied through orthogonal experiment. The new technology parameters which can fulfill better ball body of steel W18Cr4V were obtained, while the annealing temperature was reduced, the holding time was shortened. The hardness is less than 60 HBS comparable to ordinary annealed. The machining performance of steel W18Cr4V improves.
