中文摘要:针对国产EA4T车轴钢存在的带状组织问题,采用脉冲电流加热方法对EA4T车轴钢试样进行试验,并按照热模拟整轴心部冷却曲线进行冷却。结果表明,通过电炉加热和脉冲电流加热的复合处理,可部分消除带状组织,先共析铁素体量明显减少,块尺寸细化,组织均匀性显著提高。
英文摘要:In order to eliminate the band structure in EA4T axle steel, the current impulse heat treatment of EA4T axle steel was studied. Specimens were cooled down according to the thermal simulatied central curve of the entire axle. The results show that the band structure is eliminated by current impulse treatment, and the amount of proeutected ferrite reduces and the block size is refined. Meanwhile, the homogeneity of microstructure increases.
